When entering a Fountains at Roseville event, you may be in an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you hereby grant Fountains at Roseville and its representatives permission to interview, photograph, or record in connection with marketing and promotional activities. You consent to the use of your image/video/recording in all forms of media, including but not limited to the Fountains at Roseville website, social media platforms, and advertising materials. You release Fountains of Roseville and its representatives from liability connected to the use of these materials. 

You waive all rights to payment or royalties and the right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recordings. You have been informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release by entering the event.
